Processing of personal data and privacy

Information regarding the processing of personal data Samre’s Group.
Samres processes personal data both on behalf of our customers (municipalities, county councils, transport companies and authorities) and within the internal operations.

When we process personal data for our clients, we are Processors and follow the directives we receive from our clients, who are Controllers. What we describe below is a simplified description of what applies when Samres is a Processor. We therefore primarily refer to our clients’ website for information on the processing of personal data. In the event of a deviation from what is stated below and what is stated on the client’s website about the processing of personal data, the information on the client’s website shall take precedence.

When we process personal data within our own operations, we are Controllers.

Information about recorded calls

  • Purposes of recording conversations are for educational purposes, quality purposes and investigative purposes.
  • The legal basis for the processing where Samres is responsible for personal data is our agreements with our employees and the balancing of interests for other stakeholders who contact us.
  • Our clients determine the legal basis for the processing where they are responsible for personal data.
  • Access to recorded conversations has authorized employees in Samres in accordance with their role (the employee; own conversations, trainers, coaches, managers) and authorized employees of the respective clients in accordance with their role.
    • Who has access to Samres to what is regulated in Samres’ policy
    • How clients have access to conversations is regulated partly in the Personal Data Processor Agreement and partly in Samre’s policy
  • Authorities may have the right to request recorded conversations in connection with criminal investigations. This is stated partly in our instructions from the client and partly in Samre’s policy
  • Personal data that is processed is the telephone number, the recorded call and the other personal data that is stated during the call.
  • The calls are searchable by incoming number, date, time and any outgoing number and which employee at Samres handled the call.
  • All storage of data and backup takes place in Sweden.
  • All calls are automatically deleted after a maximum of 8 weeks or according to other instructions by the client.
  • Calls are answered throughout the Samre Group, ie also at our offices in Moldova and Senegal. Samres processes personal data in these countries on the basis of personal data processor agreements designed in accordance with standard contractual clauses (according to the EU Commission decision of 5 February 2010, 2010/87 / EU).
  • The registered persons where Samres is the Processor are Samres’ staff and other stakeholders who contact Samres

  • Samres refers to our clients for questions regarding access to, correction of and deletion of personal data with regard to personal data processing for the assignments. This also applies to issues concerning the limitation of processing, objections to the processing and the right to data portability.
  • You have the opportunity to contact IMY (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten) if you have complaints or objections regarding the processing.
  • There is currently no automated decision-making based on information from this treatment.

Information about personal data processing in booking systems and the like

  • Our clients are always responsible for personal data for this processing (Controllers) and Samres is the Processor. For complete information that applies to you, therefore, contact Samre’s client as below.
  • The purpose of processing is mainly to book, plan and perform travel and other services that provide on behalf of our clients.
  • Our clients are responsible for the legal basis for the processing.
  • The client has decided how, to whom and in what way Samres may disclose personal data.
  • The treatment can take place throughout the Samres Group, ie also at our offices in Moldova and Senegal. Samres processes personal data in these countries on the basis of personal data processor agreements designed in accordance with standard contractual clauses (according to the EU Commission decision of 5 February 2010, 2010/87 / EU).

Information about other personal data processing where Samres is responsible for personal data (Controller)

  • The purpose of treatment is mainly to run the business by administering staff and business contacts.
  • The legal basis for the processing is an agreement.
  • Samres has encrypted and dedicated data communication within the Group and to the systems. All employees have individual usernames and passwords as well as a defined authorization level. All employees are trained in both systems and data security and have signed confidentiality agreements. Logging takes place and backup is available according to industry standards.
  • Samres has decided how, to whom and on what data is processed by other than employees within the Group. These Processors act in accordance with the Personal Data Processor Agreement signed.
  • Personal data that is processed are names, addresses, e-mail address, telephone number, social security number and other information associated with the employee and his or her job description or with the business relationship.
  • All companies within the Samres Holding Group have signed mutual personal data processor agreements.
  • The treatment can take place throughout the Samres Group, ie also at our offices in Moldova and Senegal. Samres processes personal data in these countries on the basis of personal data processor agreements designed in accordance with standard contractual clauses (according to the EU Commission decision of 5 February 2010, 2010/87 / EU).
